Your database grows as your create more SEASONS and events in your schedule. It is recommended to Archive the old seasons that are no longer used or accessed. Archiving these seasons will off-load computer resources that will keep your schedule manageable and running smoothly. When you Archive a SEASON, it will be DETACHED from your main schedule or database.
After Archiving, you may store this SEASON in the same place as your backup or you may choose to move this to a CD or other hard drive for protection of this data. You may as well choose to use archive as an ability to discard seasons whose events are no longer valid.
