You may download this MS Excel file TEMPLATE so that you may send to your conveners to complete, then have them send it back.
You then will be ready for bulk import by division to check for conflicts and produce reports and calendars.
Tip Each Team Name Should be Unique - The name of the team can be changedand Facility will have a relationship with a Centre. This will be defined later.
