IMPORTANT If you used import to quickly add games, practices or other events don't forget to check for conflicts after your import is complete. Conflicts are not shown until the scheduler selects the option "Show Conflicts".
TRICK If there is a mass edit you need to complete version 1.5 allows you to export your schedule to .xls . Using Excel you can complete the mass change, then you may reimport the events. Voila - what a time saver. See here on how to quickly master this bulk edit process.
TIP Events do not have to be "ICE or Field Events" they can be Team events. For example
use the "Other" event type for Dryland bookings, Team Functions, our away Tournaments.
TIP If you centre holds Coaching Clinics, create a Division called CLINICS. Create Teams for
the division CLINICS that are representative of the type of CLINICS you hold.
Create a Practices for the Clinic time at the facility that you need to reserve. This way these
events will show up on your REPORTs.
